Wellness Beyond Weight Collective

When weight loss feels harder than it should, it’s often because the conversation around weight has been oversimplified.

The Wellness Beyond Weight Collective is a 6-month small-group program led by Dr. Jules Passy, ND, designed to help you understand the biological and behavioural factors that influence weight regulation.

Rather than another diet plan, this program focuses on helping you understand your metabolism, appetite regulation, health patterns, and barriers to change so you can make informed decisions that support long-term metabolic health.

Why Weight Loss Often Feels So Difficult

Weight regulation is influenced by many interconnected systems.

Metabolism, appetite hormones, insulin resistance, sleep, stress physiology, medications, genetics, and past dieting all affect how the body stores and uses energy.

When these factors are not understood, weight management often becomes a cycle of restriction, frustration, and self-blame.

This program focuses on helping you understand how these systems interact so you can approach weight management with greater clarity and realistic expectations.

An Evidence-Based Approach

Research shows that structured behavioral programs with regular sessions over at least six months are among the most effective approaches for sustainable weight loss.

The Wellness Beyond Weight Collective is designed around these same evidence-based behavioral principles, including:

• Regular structured sessions
• Education on metabolism and weight regulation
• Self-reflection and problem solving
• Supportive group discussion
• Long-term skill building

What You Will Learn
